Microsoft raised Xbox Game Pass prices the other day. To mitigate the impact, Microsoft is trying to add big titles to Game Pass. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 could be the first big title to be added to the subscription service.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 may be added to Game Pass
Microsoft has included Diablo 4 in Game Pass in recent months. This showed that Activision-Blizzarda games will be added to the subscription service. Microsoft also announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be added to the Xbox Game Pass library on day one.
Industry insider Tom Henderson claimed that Modern Warfare 3 will be announced for Xbox and PC Game Pass. This makes it the second Call of Duty game to be added to Game Pass since Microsoft acquired Activision-Blizzard.
Developed by Sledgehammer Games, Modern Warfare 3 in 2021 continues the story of the Modern Warfare series. In addition to multiplayer modes, the game has made waves with its action-packed campaign and Treyarch-powered open-world zombie co-op mode.
Microsoft has confirmed significant changes to its popular subscription service Xbox Game Pass. These changes will take place ahead of the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in October, officially removing day-one releases from the base subscription package.
Black Ops 6 will launch on October 25th for Game Pass, PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5.
